Privacy Policy

No ads, no tracking, no selling data, and no account required. Your tasks and plans live on your device. The text you ask us to break down is sent securely to our AI provider to generate your plan and is not used to train AI models.

• The task text you submit — when you ask Focable to break a task down, the text you typed or dictated is sent over an encrypted connection to our server and to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your plan. It is not used to train AI models and is not linked to your identity.

• Voice input — speech is transcribed on your device by Apple's speech recognition. Audio is not sent to our servers.

• An anonymous device identifier — a random ID created on your device, used to operate the service (for example subscription status). It is not linked to your name, email, or any other identity.

• Purchase records — payments are processed entirely by Apple. We receive only an anonymous confirmation so we can unlock Pro. We never see your payment details.

• Optional Sign in with Apple — only if you choose to sign in for cross-device sync. We receive the anonymous Apple user ID; you can hide your email.

• No advertising, no analytics trackers, no data brokers.

• No selling, renting, or sharing of your data for marketing.

• No AI training on your content.

• No reading your tasks by humans.

Your tasks, plans, and companion progress are stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, that local data is deleted with it.

Focable is a productivity tool designed to be friendly to how ADHD brains work. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a treatment for ADHD or any condition.

Focable is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
