Focable is an iOS app that breaks tasks into small steps with AI, runs focus sessions, and keeps a companion that grows with your progress. By using Focable you agree to these terms.

Focable Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription ($9.99/month or $59.99/year) purchased through your Apple account.

• Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.

• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Focable is a productivity tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you need medical help, talk to a qualified professional.

Don’t abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt or overload our systems, reverse-engineer the app, or use the AI features to generate unlawful content.

Plans are generated by AI and can be imperfect. Time estimates are guidance, not promises. Use your own judgment before acting on any plan.

Focable is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yiriba LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update the app and these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. We may suspend service for abuse. You can stop using Focable at any time; deleting the app deletes its local data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
